Thank you very much for your interest in travelling with us.
There are a few logistics involved in planning your trip for it to be easy and enjoyable and, the following information will help you to prepare for your trip and to know what to expect.
Passports & Yellow Fever
Please also note that the passport you are going to use must be valid for at least another 6-9 months after the date of departure. Temporary passports are not valid for VISA purposes. Please ensure you have a valid original passport.

Furthermore, a yellow fever card with your yellow fever vaccination confirmation must be present when proceeding through customs. This vaccination can be purchased at any travel clinic. You must have the vaccination at least 10-14 days before you travel.

Airport Parking
Should you need to leave your car at the airport while you are in Nigeria, we recommend that you park in shaded parking lots number 2 or 3. This is the cheapest option available.

Alternatively you can also make use of an airport shuttle service at your own arrangement.
Accommodation
Group members will be staying in dormitories, however, a limited number of private rooms are available. A private room can be provided at an extra cost. Please inquire for availability and prices.
When confirming flight details after the interviews please let us know if this would be your preference so that a private room can be booked for you to avoid disappointment should one not be available.

Foreign Exchange
Should you wish to exchange currency for spending money please bring a recent utility bill (within the last 1-3 months) with you to the airport. You will receive your airline ticket and passport at the airport on the day of travelling.

Trip Costs
The estimated trip costs vary from one trip to the next due to the dollar exchange rate and airline ticket availability. Fees are likely to increase over peak times as airline tickets tend to be more expensive. For the latest pricing estimation, please contact our offices on 012 993 5234.
